Coronado West acquires 193 lots in Mims, Florida

Coronado West has successfully funded and finalized the acquisition of a new residential community spanning 193 lots in Mims, Florida, just 30 miles east of Orlando, adjacent to Florida’s Space Coast.
Land development is set to begin immediately, with the first lots anticipated to be available for sale by August 2026.
